A keen interest in compliance issues (SCORM, W3C, WAI, and 508), both from a development and implementation point of view, gives Leo a unique, all-encompassing view of implementing compliant learning systems. Some of his more recent work involved working on the Australian Flexible Learning Toolboxes (Series 7 to 10).

Leo is also currently involved in a number of research and ‘proof-of-concept’ projects in mobile application development and the implementation of mobile technology in education projects (m-learning).
